Hey guys, I thought I'd show you the stunning foil bookmarks that arrived this morning. (Scroll for the video link) Lol! I'd only just gotten up so I avoided the camera! Don't want me putting you off your Rice Krispies! 🤣 I'm still waiting on the dust jackets. I also changed printers for the books as I wasn't happy with the quality of the last 2 proofs. That means I'm awaiting a proof copy from the new printer before I start printing the books. All the postcard art, stickers, wax melts, packaging, and shipping boxes are with me.
Don't forget to follow the Angel Of Aether campaign for the next gorgeous book in this series. I'm waiting on the art before I can set the project live. I have three different artists working on pieces for the book, and I'm really excited to see what they will come up with. Hey! We're getting there! The foiled and embossed dust jackets for VOS are in production, and the foil bookmarks are on their way to me! Hurrah! That means Kickstarter is happy for me to launch the prelaunch page for the next book in this fantastic series!

I just want to make sure you are kept in the loop on where we're at with these beautiful books.
I let you know before that the proof copies weren't up to scratch. The outcome of that is reassurance from the printer that it won't happen again if I up the paper weight (thickness). The change in the paper weight is to reduce bleed-through from the full-colour pages and this means a change in the cover file size. This change won't take me long to rectify for the paperbacks, so I'm hoping to post those next week directly from the printer to those of you who ordered them.
The foiled hardback dust covers are proving a challenge for the print company. I won't go into lots of details but it has to do with the font foiling and embossing versus the style of the typography. Because of this, it is taking longer to produce them than I wanted. I am considering my backup options for printing, and am awaiting a quote from a different printer. We should still be on time for the delivery in April.
I am currently putting together the next campaign for book 2. Hopefully, Kickstarter will allow me to put it up to follow soon. I'll let you know when it's up.
I hope those of you who read Veil Of Soul's e-book, enjoyed it!

Hey guys, Happy New Year! I hope 2024 treats you well!
Just a quick reminder to go to your Backerkit survey page and download the Bookfunnel link for your e-book. The link to the digital swag goodies is also attached to your survey. I'll be going through and marking the ebook tiers as received. If you have any issues, in the first instance you can email me. However, if you've misplaced your Backeit survey page please contact Backerkit help and they'll help you retrieve it.
The foil bookmarks are on their way, and the rest of the physical book goodies are here! I'm waiting on a resolution to the poor print quality situation for the proofs of the paperback and hardback, then I'll get them ordered. The dustjacket artwork is with the foil printers so I'm just waiting for them to get back to me with a proof copy.
While I wait, I'm finishing the edits for King Of Demons, and putting together the campaign for Angel of Aether. I am trying to find artists that aren't already booked up for the bespoke artwork. If you know of any reliable and talented artists who may suit my brand then feel free to contact me at [email protected] and I'll take a look at their work.
As soon as I have further news on the books, I'll let you know.
